Cancellation policy
Sometimes plans and schedules change so that you cannot make the Låna trip on the date you had planned. If you wish to cancel your reservation completely, we would prefer you to do so at least 4 days before the start of your stay. If you just want to postpone your reservation – for example due to bad weather – you can still do so 1 day before the start of your reservation. We can refund your prepaid reservation with a gift voucher. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the start of the reservation will be charged 50% of the reservation price. For cancellations and transfers, please contact our customer service either by email (info@lanaturku.fi) or by phone (044 976 6261).
Regarding reservations
In the event of temporary changes to the opening hours of Låna due to weather conditions, we will contact our boat rental customers whose bookings are affected by the change.
Note! On the day of your booking, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the start of your reservation to get the most out of your boating experience. The rental period is fixed, so the end of the rental period will not be moved forward if you arrive late. Unpaid reservations will be held for 10 minutes if the customer does not arrive on time.
